Psychomotricity journeys for everyone
The group is a protected environment where every child can experience their uniqueness in relation to others, where they can be themselves without worrying about performance. Play becomes a magical tool for learning to know oneself, respect each other, share, wait, and collaborate; to transform conflicts into dialogues, to feel and wisely welcome the emotions that arrive, and to develop empathy and self-confidence. All this takes place within a safe framework where the practitioner welcomes and gives meaning to the dynamics that emerge

Individual sessions

For those going through a moment of fragility or struggling to regulate their emotions. Explosive reactions or moments of deep withdrawal are signals of a nervous system that feels threatened. Together, we will work to de-escalate the state of alert and rediscover a profound sense of security.

School projects

These are journeys designed for preschools and primary schools, with a focus centered on group dynamics. The intervention supports socialization and communication processes, favoring the welcoming and management of emotions. It promotes self-knowledge and listening to oneself in relation to others. These projects are also designed as an opportunity for exchange and dialogue for teachers and educators.

Methods and duration are agreed upon based on specific needs.
